Barcode Plug-in (Optional) – The Barcode plug-in is a filter that reads barcodes in documents scanned and saves the data obtained from the barcodes as the bibliographical information of a document. Use of this plug-in service allows you to identify and distribute documents efficiently, managing them according to the barcodes settings.
GlobalScan NX Server 32 recognizes the barcode and uses it as the destination folder or folder name.
Linear barcodes supported: Code 39 Standard ASCII, Code 39 Extended ASCII, Code 128, EAN 8, EAN 13, Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 2 of 5, & Codabar (NW7).
2D barcodes supported: PDF417, DataMatrix & QR |

Image Enhancement Plug-in (Included Free) – The Image Enhancement Plug-in uses filters which correct imperfections on scanned documents. The plug-in services allows users to automate image correction with removal of hole punch, deskew & despekle of scanned documents and perform efficient digitization and distribution of high-quality documents. |

Optional Card Authentication
Single-Sign-on – GlobalScan NX integration with Card Authentication Package (CAP) to minimize time spent at the MFP utilizing a single sign-on
(SS0) by accepting the users network logon credentials via (CAP), which authenticates and eliminates the need to logon a second time. |

RightFAX Plug-in (Optional) – The RightFax Plug-in enables users to send documents to a RightFax server. When using the RightFax Plug-in, users can send documents from GlobalScan NX Server 32 to any of the public or private addresses (assuming the user has authorization) stored on the networked RightFax server – directly from the MFP control panel. |

SharePoint Plug-in (Optional) – The Microsoft SharePoint Server Plug-in is a plug-in is a service that distributes documents scanned using GlobalScan NX Server 32 to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007) or Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0). This plug-in service enables distribution of documents and automatic generation of folders, and associated document information. |
